We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, with good English skills. Our room was clean, spacious, and had fast WiFi. Additionally, this hotel had a kitchen and laundry facilities in the room, which was a convenient bonus.

Location, Cleaness, new Building

Bathroom is exremly small ! you can not hardly come into bathroom!! (I find it terrible) and extremly expensive for that. breakfast is too weak they charged our child (9 years old) extra for breakfast! in pictures looks total different. i booked suite get a small room, much smaller bathroom! there are many other hotels in Seoul. can be get but this one is not definitely right one!

I recently stayed in a hotel in the bustling city center of Seoul. the hotel location was perfect, with easy accessibility to transportation. the staff was extremely helpful, and always on hand to assist me with my needs. the hotel also had an excellent gym facility, which kept me feeling energized throughout my business trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Yeoksam Artnouveau. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the airport bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke English, making communication a breeze. Our room was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. We also appreciated the fast wifi connection, which was a big plus. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul.

The Club Heaven night club in the basement was great

I like the facilities + 24 hrs complimentary internet accessibility at the business centre. Would be better if the internet could be accessed from the room.

The location was superb, with easy access to the exhibition hall and a quick walk to the nearby subway station. We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of coffee shops in the area, making our mornings even more delightful. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

Having a kitchen is very helpful. We cooked meals and saved money. When we went out we had a large enough frig to bring home left overs and stretch our dollar further.

Bathroom very small, no counter space. Light switches are confusing. Heating and cooling system hard to operate, no temperature guage to know where it is set. No queen bed. Bed was not comfortable.

The hotel had decent kitchen facilities and a washing machine within the room, which made my stay much more comfortable than expected. The location was great as it was easily accessible to different public transportation options, which saved a lot of time navigating through the city.

Sadly, my stay was marred by the cramped bathroom facilities, which made it challenging to maneuver around. The shower in particular was difficult to access due to the shower door.
